James is a Master Plumber in the state of Texas. He is proud to lead a licensed team in Katy and West Houston capable of handling residential and commercial plumbing systems with a focus on providing reliable, quality service communicated clearly.

In his more than 20 years of experience, James has worked on everything from leaky pipes to septic systems, and water heater repairs to tankless water heater challenges. He specializes in troubleshooting those unclear, hard to diagnose plumbing issues that might otherwise be easily overlooked.

James is confident that his team will go above and beyond for you. They are available 24/7 for emergencies because plumbing problems do not keep business hours, and neither does Capital Care Plumbing.

Jonathan Fazli | Journeyman Plumber

Jonathan came to Capital Care with more than 10 years of experience under his belt. His specialties include tankless water heater service and repair, commercial services and repairs, new construction plumbing, and water/sewer disconnects.

Jonanthan is a licensed Journeyman Plumber looking forward to testing for his Master Plumber’s license. Jonathan is detailed and customer service oriented, making the homeowner feel valued throughout the entire process. Jonathan owns four dogs and considers himself and pet lover.

Jared Rayburn – Journeyman Plumber

Jared has more than eight years of plumbing experience and is a licensed Journeyman Plumber. He will be testing for his Master Plumber’s license later this year. Capital Care relies on Jared for his repipe expertise. He also specializes in new construction and remodels. Jared is the senior plumber with the most 5-Star reviews, so you know you will be in good hands with him. When he is not on a service call, Jared enjoys hunting, fishing, and time with his family.

Stephen Finch – Tradesman Plumber

Stephen, a former Eagle, has quickly become one of our most popular plumbers. With more than thirteen years of experience in the field, Stephen is currently a Tradesman Plumber and is planning on testing for his Journeyman Plumber’s license soon. He excels in water softener and filtration systems, as well as water heater repairs and installations.
