Capital Care Plumbing takes pride in serving our customers throughout Katy and West Houston. Our core values as a company are what unites us and sets us apart from other plumbing companies. Owner James Warren took much of what he learned during his life experiences and applied that knowledge as a business owner, plumber, and employer. He recognized that not everyone comes to Capital Care with the same skill sets, and it was his job to instill Capital Care’s core values in our employees to better serve his community. All our employees take our core values to heart and implement them in their everyday lives. This is one of the many ways Capital Care is able match the ideal plumber to the individual client.

Everyone from support staff to plumbers is expected to embody the following three core values when assisting customers. Not only that, but James himself is expected to uphold Capital Care Plumbing’s core values regarding his own employees. Our three core values are:
